Thank you. Was a challenge to take as I didn't have a tripod as they are not allowed. I cannot take credit for the lighting as that was done by Ruby Falls, but they did a great job and that is why I wanted the photo.

One tip, or at least it worked for me. Since you have to go on the guided tour, unless you are really interested in hearing the guide tell you about the cave, hang at the back. I was able to get this shot due to that, although I had to take it quickly in order to catch back up to the group before the next group came through the one way section of the cave.
